501(c)(3) Application Preparation Services:
Preparation of 501(c)(3) Application, IRS Form 1023. Our Service Fee is $495.00 (plus state fee). For a service fee of $495.00, we will do / prepare the following for you:
- Non Profit Articles of Incorporation (containing IRS-required provisions)
- Employer Identification Number (EIN)
- Non Profit Corporate Bylaws
- Preparation of IRS Form 1023
- Conflict of Interest Policy
- Board Resolution Adopting Conflict of Interest Policy
- Responses to IRS Inquiries (at no additional cost)
If you already incorporated your Non Profit with the State, but you still need to apply for 501(c)(3) tax exempt status with the IRS as a charity, our Service Fee is $475.00.
The IRS fee is not included in the above prices.
State Charitable Solicitation Registration:
If you need to register your charity with the State in order to solicit donations, we will prepare the appropriate registration application for a service fee of $195.00. State registration fees, if any, are not included.
